You're Mr. Roehm, a fellow out on the lam after getting into a few scrapes and for taking liberties with a local baron's daughter. Escaping his clutches, you catch a ride to a new land - and discover that you don't find trouble - trouble finds you.
I'm a retro fart and cannot abide/control/play-without-crying-out-in-anguish these 3D nonsense games that the young folk seem to enjoy so much. This game is a must-have for point-click adventure game enthusiasts and retro folk who cannot look at the old LucasArts logo without getting misty-eyed, or without the wistful memory of their antiquated MS-DOS dinosaur gleefully singing a cheery midi file soundtrack while you bravely fought pirates and purple tentacles alike. With fantastic dialogue and a definite improvement on the music supplied by its forefathers, this game is lots of fun to play. And can be operated and enjoyed by us aging 'they don't make 'em like this anymore' folk. Bonus.
This is a game that stays true to the original Sierra classics. It has interesting story, 3 different characters to choose from and clever puzzles. Totally recommended to adventure fans.
