Hi there.
I would like to announce some info about our Standalone Game called Project: Secret Dimensions.
Project: Secret Dimensions is a futurebased Fps/Rts game and its pretty hard for me to explain it but ill try the best i can.
Your Team owns a Base (and Soldiers ( AI )). One player, the Commander , will be able to command other Players and Vehicles. He will be able to call for Support and for Supplies. The whole Battlemode would be an mix of FPS/RTS. You can give orders in RTS form, for example, send some Troops over to the Enemy HQ and attack the Units there while you send some Engineers, to sabotage their equipment. You will be able to go to 1st Person at any time and fight for yourself. You will be able to choose between 3 Races:
The Terran Republic
The Xyrylium Forces
The XOBRA
(Attention: The names from the Races are still under "development", so they can even change!)
Even wrote a small story to get the atmosphere out:
Image running in your Base... alarms sounding and you get messages about a broken Supply Station on the HUD. Smoke all around and suddenly theres an enemy in front of you... wild duel with lots of effects. After that you get over to the Supply Station, you see many dead people and much damage... you slowly go inside and suddenly some explosions are next to you...you fell down and see the enemies engaging your base...but support is on it's way.
The upper information is very small and not all, that you will see in the final game.
