the doom 3 engine will be free
so far.. can't do much with it as programming is not one of my better skills. yet I still like it as opposed to udk because to me unreal tech still looks like a cartoon opposed to id's more realistic rendering. perhaps one day something will work out.
I love idtech4 looking forward to doing more with it. I am still working on the UDK Phantasm mod still but progress has been slow,
but it is getting there. Thanks for sharing the news. The D3 engine is fun to work with and I have learned alot with it. till then one thing at a time, yet it's a good time to have some assets built beforehand to impliment when it does become available. Thanks.

All i can say is you got to be really really smart to be able to use the UDK and make this. Trust me our dev group used to use it. But what you have made is absolutely amazing. keep up the good work.
