To install the game, all you need to do is unzip it and click on the executable. Make sure the data folder is in the same directory as the executable.

The controls for each minigame involve the left mouse button. For the Wind Turbine minigame, click and hold the mouse button and drag around the turbine. For the Coal Mine minigame, click and drag over all the coal pieces. For the Nuclear Power Station minigame, click on any unlit uranium sticks.

You may also press Esc to go back to the Generator Room, or if you are already there, it will exit the game.
