Erm is it possible to make the download smaller? Divide up for each system? seem pointless downloading mac and linux when using pc?

I can't open the game :( How to open it?!There is an exe. pokemon journey file and when i open it,a window appear and write on there sample assets.There is a grey screen and i can't do anything.And a music plays at background.what i'm gonna do now help pls!
