This is the third beta release for Paranormal. Paranormal is a game where you play the role of a person with a camera inside a haunted house. As you play, you'll experience a truly unique haunting experience. No two hauntings are the same. ------ BETA 3 has a lot of issues. THIS IS NOT A FINISHED PRODUCT! I'm releasing this for testing purposes. I will add more to future beta versions. The first floor of the house is nearly complete, and the second floor is on its way to being finished. I've added a Trophy system (a combo between achievements and collectibles), added more scares, fixed a lot of issues. Also added is the Sleep System. Sleeping will recharge your camera's batteries. I've fixed the control issues found in previous betas. Press 'E' to USE. Press 'F' to activate the camera's flashlight. Enjoy! Post your suggestions, impressions, and issues here.

Oh and i got one idea, could you make so at start You wake up in a bed and nothing happens on second floor but, on first one someone is hitting the door or something like that and then weird stuff starts to happen. Because just spawning in center of room just ruins mood :|

Still... this game still need something more to add fear to the players... something that might kill the player... because haunts that don't do nothing, just play a sound and something moves without doing nothing to you it's... well... not scary at all.
Make some kind of system to ensure the player to not just wait on the corner of the room, maybe something that follows the player if he stays more than "X" time on one room or run from room to room, and that might kill him...
and... really, this need some kind of "random haunts", I still don't like the idea of stepping in a place and the same hunt appear on every game...
THIS would cause fear even in hardcore players...
I'm still working on creating an entity that can kill the player. It's been a slow process because I want to get the framework of the rest of the game done. As for more randomized haunts, there are some that don't require you to stand in a certain spot, etc. The issue with having them happen totally at random would mean rooms being affected without the player seeing it or hearing it, which only bewilders them. There are times when confusion is fuel to fear, but not in that specific case. I'm still tweaking and adding things to the haunting system, nothing is final yet.
