Parallel plays on multi-linear story telling while also having consistent RPG elements earned through creating different tangents in the parallels of time.
Brutum
Brutum is a kind soul who is the beast-keeper and stable-master of Ether. He is gentle and caring to all creatures. He was abandoned at a very young age and wandered from town to town in search of food. Many years past, Doc found a very young and starved Brutum sleeping on some hay behind the town’s Inn. Doc took Brutum in and learned he was a magic user as well, he tried to teach him the healing arts, but Brutum seemed less interested in performing magic than taking care of the animals of the town’s people. Doc set up the groundwork for stables in the town to be built seeing this passion of Brutum’s heart burning so bright. A few years went by and Brutum eventually lost his beloved caretaker...though someone new came to occupy a place in his heart once again.
