Fully functioning radar + star field background

Description
I have finished the radar and it is now fully functional. It detects whether a ship is an enemy or not, and differentiates between different kinds of objects. Additionally, I have added a proof-of-concept, 2-layered star field background. The actual graphics used for the background are not final and are subject to change.
