OOK, Once I Owned a Kestrel, is now being revamped. Previously, it was to be released solely on iPhone and iPad. Now, iPhone, iPad, and other mobile devices are dropped and it will be primarily a desktop project. Welcome to the new OOK. Enjoy.
I just linked the Chipmunk physics engine to AE. I attached the ship and the camera to physics objects and enabled some keyboard controls via impulses. Chipmunk should prove to be amazing for this game. It has some impressive demos and has been recommended to me by various people.
You should try 3D physics in a 2D world!! imagine the minds blown by that!
