Nyrthos is an action RPG for web browsers, Anroid and iOS. The game is built on an in-house engine, in 2D, seen from an isometric view. Besides the typical RPG routine that orders players to „travel, fight, loot, upgrade, craft, and consume story“, every hero will be also given the opportunity to buy himself a house, found his own village, manage it, gain more income resources and honor and in the end, be able to progress even further in the game. The will to survive will be greatly rewarded, as the strong players will usually be the ones to uncover previously undiscovered locations. Still, all the players together will have the power to decide the flow of important events in Nyrthos. We have the whole programming background ready to expand on the concept and the game will be developed continously, adding new features and expanding in many different ways.

Well.. first of all - check out our little teaser RIGHT AWAY and definitely let us know what you think!

Second of all - we are thrilled to announce that Nyrthos will be going Alpha on the 31st October.

We received quite a number of e-mails from people telling us to use kickstarter / indiegogo to fund the project and to grant pre-release access so they can watch the game grow „live“. Hell, we also got some first-borns offered to be sacrificed in exchange for a playable version. We are not principially against sacrificing firstborns, but it sounds like a win-win scenario to us. So.. if people seem to be interested, why not do it?

The Alpha will contain the first area of the game, a number of monsters, skills, weapons, great music and hopefully fun gameplay. We are starting it on PC and MAC (in internet browsers); mobile platforms will be coming in the future.

You can find out a lot more info on our website. It is already possible to register; we will be letting people in in groups (based on the time of their registration), so the sooner you put your name up, the sooner you should open your eyes in the world of Nyrthos. For now, it's just registering - you are not commiting yourself to anything and will GET A CHANCE to pay for it and to complete the registration once the alpha is live.

I am so excited for this, this game looks extremely beautiful and defined! What is your strategy on handing art for this amazing looking game?

Umm.. not sure I understand the question.. "handing the art"? Or "handling the art"? You'll have to explain it to me co I can actually answer :)
