This is a game built in the idea of having a place to feel happy. Not many games strive for that emotion so for me it is a why not. This game used to be a horror game and now I am going through a process on what it really means to be a game developer and what exactly I can create. This game will push my boundaries as a person and a professional. Only time will tell where this project goes to.
So I have most certainly not forgotten about noxious travels I am thinking about it a lot. It takes a lot to do a 3d game and I am one person. So reaching for what I thought I wanted to reach was one thing. I don't want to make something because it is trendy or because I feel like I should make a game like something else. One of my new years resolution is to make games that I want to make. Not games for any other purpose. I want to make games for me. I feel Noxious is something else in that regard. I am not dropping this project. I am changing it. I can't say what it will be. Horror... probably not. I think it will be opposite. I think it will be a happy experience not one that makes you tremble or crawl but one that makes you breath in relief with kindness. It is a game like no other that I have played and I want that game to be made. So that is what Noxious will be. A game that will be a place that makes me happy. What that all in tales. Well I am working on it. I have a build 1.0 going right now and I am just messing around with some environments and such. Only time will tell where Travels will go.
Dreaming of the future,

I am aware of bugs, but the feel of the game is more important to me at the moment.

The game i created is merry christmas alfred robbins, and i know what u mean about games not having enough emotion in them.
Yeah I got the chance to play your game and I rather liked it. I liked that it is a very real and believable game. It wasn't completely cased in metaphors and I found that fresh. The struggles people shown through the game and the commentary on the common hard ships of middle class America. I enjoyed it. I think the point I am at is that if I want to have something real and tangible or make something because I want to. My big brains says to just do both but I have a pretty interesting solution to my moral dilemma. I hope when the creation of my game comes to life you will get a chance to play it. Thank you for sharing Alfred Robbins to me!
A great game! Looking forward to seeing where this goes and what other games you come up with. Did a Let's Play on my channel here:
