In Nine City you control a criminal gang. Your goal is to expand into the city and conquer it for yourself, while battling rival gangs. The game has been influenced by turn based games such as Advance Wars and Final Fantasy Tactics. Gameplay is very similar to those.
The game is written 100% with Javascript. The client is built on top of Phaser.js and the server runs Node.js. Decided to do everything in Javascript so I could reuse a lot of the code. In addition to that, I can deploy the game onto every desktop platform as well as for mobile devices without changing a line of code.
Expect the FREE alpha version to be released in a couple of weeks!
