NEUTRON STAR is a fast-paced score-attack game with a focus on cool weapons. Avoid enemies and collect weapons!
Very impressive for a first game!
I'm not a fan of arcade games, but this one kept me playing.
Pros:
10/10 Music.
10/10 Sound effects.
10/10 Graphics.
10/10 Presentation.
10/10 Variety.
10/10 Concept.
etc.
Several really cool weapons. E.g.: Target lock, amplifier.
Cons:
Most of the weapons are really bad and will kill you. E.g.: Lasher.
It's painful to switch to the white weapon after getting something good.
Verdict:
6/10 with the potential to be at least 8/10 if weapons are fixed.
Suggestions:
1) Picking up a new gun should kill ALL enemies and give you at least few seconds to understand how the gun works. I died even with good weapons because I couldn't instantly understand what it does/I was surrounded by enemies.
2) Would be cool to have an extra health.
