How long can you survive the post-apocalyptic wastelands of NEO Scavenger? In the near-future, supernatural activity and human warfare have fragmented mankind into pockets of civilization struggling to survive in wild and dangerous lands. You awaken alone in an abandoned facility with no food nor water, and only a hospital gown and some mysterious items as clues to your identity. NEO Scavenger is a game where you must survive in the wasteland long enough to figure out who you are. Each turn you must decide where to go, how to scavenge for supplies, and how to deal with anything and anyone you encounter. And with each passing minute, the pit in your stomach grows, your dehydration worsens, your muscles tire, and your body temperature drops in the cold autumn air. Choose your starting abilities carefully, because they and your wit are the only tools you have in the apocalypse!

Love this game - been playing it a ton! Hopefully I'll have a second to post more feedback, but I had a question - is there a story / endgame? There seems to be, but I got into the city and my leads just kindof ended. Granted, I died not long after, but there didn't seem much else for me to do. Since I've already discovered all the recepies, and getting pretty much the same loot now, knowing that there's some more story would motivate me to try again (I just got killed by the merga wraith...) Keep up the awesome work - looking forward to updates, and spreading the word! |

Hey ascavone, Sorry for the delay in responding. Most of the NEO Scavenger forum activity is over at the official site: Bluebottlegames.com The beta doesn't have many leads to follow beyond the DMC yet. There are a few encounters one can have in the southern third of the map which are trickier to find, and some short, random encounters throughout the map. I plan to add more story content after the player's items and skills are finished, over the next couple months. So there should be more plot to follow soon.
