NAVIGATOR is a fast-paced puzzle game designed for the PC. Built around the same basic idea that fuels games like Puyo Pop, Tetris Plus, Bust-A-Move, and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, you match up colored blocks to create "clusters" to gain points, while keeping your navigator from hitting the ceiling.

It's been a while since an update, so I'm here to let you know what's going on with the project.

Hey folks!

Haven't updated in a few months... sorry about that!

...But it's mostly because we don't have much to update with yet. The game has been very complete for the last couple of months, but it's still not what I'd like to call "done" yet. We've done more adjustments to some of the elements of Puzzle Mode and the mode itself is now working the way I'd like it to-- but we've still got some broken puzzles remaining, and some more elements of the game to be added for that extra nice-looking feel.

Scheduling conflicts with our programmer, plus the heinous amount of work I've been doing over here to make sure bills are paid and all of my commissions are being worked on, have caused a little bit of a snag in development. Not to worry, however, as the game is still on track to being released.
The current Navigator build right now is 1.5b. Version 1.4b contains a bunch of broken puzzles, and I personally do not want to update the preorder beta with a bunch of puzzles that don't work; so for right now, the preorder beta is going to be left alone. I may, however, look into getting a build of 1.5b that has some puzzles cut out, so you guys can still try it out. We'll have to see what our schedules are looking like!

I am currently looking into picking up a publisher to help us get Navigator on Steam. Apparently, they've changed their policies around a little bit and made it harder for indies like us to get on Steam without a publisher. It's unfortunate, but we have to do what we have to do.

Until then, we've got some stuff to hold you over... our composer has been working hard on a remix album to go with our OST (which is still available here, by the way!)-- songs which will also be added into the game later on after release, as well as some nice other content.

Remember, we'll be updating the game later on in its lifespan to include more modes and a bunch of other features, so keep an eye on us! I'm personally planning a pretty big update to the game, but it'll take a while, and believe me when I say it'll be worth it.

Until then, pick up a preorder and get ready for absolute puzzle madness!
