It does look great... I'm still worried that this will turn out to be a retextured version of Warband.
Retextured, reshaded and reanimated with a upgraded engine,....i call that a new game xD
It obviously will be a new game, but after having played Warband for many many years, I am worried that there will be little new things to the game, as in quests, campaign, and multiplayer functions. I mean to be honest, this screenshot looks pretty much exactly like one of the spawns on the MP map Ruins. ^^
Read their dev blogs on Taleworlds.com and you'll see all that their overhauling to make it a true sequal to M&B. Not that warband was bad. It just really was a standalone expansion of it.
I haven't seen much besides a new character menu and people sitting in taverns.
How about their animation room? And what came after? You have to actually read their blogs to get what's going on. Looking at the pictures doesn't work.
Maybe I did and I'm just not fanboying over the whole affair? All we have right now is some people sitting on stools, slightly better animations and improved menus. I'm sure the games going to be great but they haven't shown us anything so far. Stop squeeing just because Talewords says to.
Not fanboying. Just saying what's been released so far is a lot more than you give the impression of.
And I'll leave the squeeing until its released and installed on my computer.
Frankly though, he's right. We've seen lot's of "We're going to make it better" things, but no detail on exactly how or what. That never bodes well.

True, i hope they add a lot of content, but even if they dont we still have one of the best modding communties behind this game, content is not going to be a problem hehehe

Awesome graphics that is! For the people that comparing this with Deliverance, please note that Mount & Blade has its own fun factor, especially for those that has played the previous games. Therefore, those two game really look awesome and yet stunning!
