Checkpoints are optionally included into tracks by the designer. Please check the Track editor included with the game.

Yes, we are planning to release the Linux version with Unity 4. We don't now Elastomania or XMoto, but there are thousands of similar games, including the Trials franchise as the most famous one.

However you will find Motorbike worth playing. Physics are the most realistic of all, and there is a huge variety of online tracks (around 2500 so far).

Well I tried the demo and it's definitely pretty fun, however, it really needs checkpoints. It's very frustrating having 3 or 4 difficult obstacles and then failing on the 4th and having to go through all the rest again. Not sure if they're there and I'm doing it wrong or what. :(

Hi. Unity4 is out and has native Linux support now. Any chance you can upgrade and do a nix release or will that require a lot more work then Unity marketing department makes it appear to be?

So tell me - this is basically Elastomania/XMoto with fancy graphics, right? :-)
