The problem is solved by updating to the latest graphics drivers.

Since it didn't look like we were going to get much sales anyways, we wanted as many people to enjoy our games as possible.
So, we've decided to release the game for free!
Now for everyone to download.
I've just submitted a patch that addresses many rendering problems and crashes that many people had been reporting - it should be available for download through Desura in a couple of days.

A Mac version will be available as soon as I get hold of a Mac to compile the code.

doesn't even load says that a file is missing though Ive verified the files, uninstalled (and reinstalled) but it simply wont launch
I can't get past the first level without it crashing. Intel drivers are up to date, so I'm at a loss :(

Glad to hear that the game will be updated. Because I only hear the game sound, and the game mentioned in the task bar. But the game itself does not start.

It runs now without any hiccup. I even got to the third level without any problem.
Copy pasting the activation key provided by the desura installer does not work in the game here, anyone else for whom it does function?

Right now the game has a lot of internal bugs, I'll try to update many of the 3rd party libraries I'm using to the latest version over the weekend.

Also, the activation screen comes every time I start the game. Any help?

For the activation issue, the giveaway was pretty arbitrary and not-well planned.
I'll remove the screens as soon as possible.
