@notch you could adjust the cuteness/nastyness a lot by adjusting where (how high) the neck attaches to the head. I'm soo gonna ride it! --Carnalizer

doesn't look evil to me, looks like it's neck got dislocated, wasn't the part where it attached to the torso higher before? low head doesn't mean lower neck attachment point.

No other way. Or maybe he's angry about how he find himself in that cold place.
There is allot of other-ways to make dragons look evil than just lowering the neck
you could tilt the head and make it stand on back legs.. but i am sure it will look great anyway.
