Early Access will be divided into four phases. Each phase will feature new content to be played and balanced/enhanced/fixed following feedback from the community.
What's included
Meridian: New World is available in a Standard Edition and a Contributors' Edition. Both of these feature the first three missions of the campaign (a total of 5-6 hours of gameplay) as well as the skirmish mode including six maps. With each new phase the version will receive a full patch that marks all changes made within the previous phase. Additionally two more missions will be unlocked, giving focus to the next batch of fixing and polishing.
In addition to the features above, the Contributors Edition contains an alpha version of the map editor, which will also be updated regularly. There are additional goodies, meaning we're throwing in the full soundtrack to the game and a downloadable Full HD version of a battle cut-scene. Contributors will also receive a second steam key to give away to a friend.
Pricing
The pricing of the two editions are $14.99 / Ł10.99 / €14.99 for the Standard Edition and $29.99 / Ł24.99 / €29.99 for the Contributors Edition.
