One of the important aspects of the game is the posibility to build freely. Sure there're tiles. But there's nothing constraining you from building whatever shape, way or form you wish. Take as little or as much space as you wish.

All conditions are fictional. They're not meant to mimic any real condition. Teach your staff to treat a broad variaty of conditions. The games database is huge.
