bowser is not killable expect from the axe thats stupid

i got a code error
When I launch the .exe, it gives me this error:
ERROR in
action number 1
of Other Event: Game Start
for object obj_persistent:
Error defining an external function.
called from - gml_Script_FS_init (line 0)
called from - gml_Object_obj_persistent_Other_2 (line 9)
And continues to give me this error with increasing lines. I continue to click Ignore and I can go to the menu but if I press enter (to start) it gives me another error that I can't ignore:
