In the not-so-distant future, an emissary finds himself trapped in the wreckage of a massive but ancient space ship. Now, rather than trying to find out where the ship came from or what its purpose was, he is more concerned with trying to escape the nightmarish ever-changing world that threatens to become his tomb... Many Worlds Theory is currently available as an alpha funding deal. While the story mode is not yet finished, there are a few fully featured levels available to at least give you a taste of what it will be like. On top of that, purchasing the game gives you access to the online level database. Create your own levels, or try to solve the creations of others! Plus, as an added incentive, you will also receive a free, non-Desura copy of the game to give away! In order to access the online functionality and get your free game key, you need to connect your Desura account to the game. This can be done by opening the 'CONNECT' tab on this profile page.

A status update on Many Worlds Theory development and media.

Posted by on

The first two weeks of the month have brought several new things to Many Worlds Theory. Both the demo and full version have been updated, fixing a few minor bugs and adding some helpful features, but nothing major.

More importantly, a pair of trailer videos has been added to the media library. If screenshots weren't enough to wet your appetite, you might want to give these a look in order to give you a better idea of what the game is about.

Serious work on the full version's "story mode" has started. Most of the story's groundwork has been completed, and all it needs now is a whole bunch of challenging levels. These levels will most likely be released chapter-by-chapter to pre-release supporters, though nothing is set in stone at the moment. More information coming soon!
