Hello everyone,

We at The Hideout would like to give our thanks to everyone who has played the demo and full versions of Manor of the Damned. Additionally, we'd like to thank those of you who posted bug reports and provided reviews of the game, as well as everyone showing love in the comments!

The Linux release has been uploaded and should be available any time now. Also, over the last few days we have fixed the audio issues that were preventing the OSX release so it should be out early next week after final testing and packaging.

We would like to give a shout out to 'soul667'. Thanks for the awesome video review, we really appreciate it! We've fixed the bug that caused the enemies not to attack you after loading save games. We've also taken on your recommendations and updated some aspects of the combat to help make the game more balanced. It will take some more time to make the bosses harder, but hopefully the new updates help.

To address the SSE2 problem, we actually do not target SSE2 optimized output when compiling, so this should not be an issue. Thank you to those who responded to this and provided localized testing. At some point we will have a version that can provide debug output to help with finding these unique corner case crashes.

We've enabled support for extended Latin characters and have begun translating the game to Swedish. More translations to follow.

Lastly, we've fixed a bug that caused the menu music to play during normal game, a bug where the rain sounds would slow down the game when inside buildings, and some small map transition errors.

Thanks again,
Syn9
