The Mage Wars project is reborn!

For those of you who did not know Mage Wars, it started as a Half-Life 2 Multiplayer modification based on people (mages) grouped in two eams, who fought each other to conquer various outposts through the battlefield (much like EA's Battlefield series, but with mages), using cooperation, vehicles (monsters), and coverage in their own advantage.

Unfortunately, after a few days of work, the programmer left the team, so the project was completely stuck in place, only with a custom HUD and a third person camera implemented. That has changed.

The Mage Wars project is now up again, but as a standalone game! we're going to use the OGRE engine (to check out their website, click here) in order to create the game. Also, this time we're going to have a storyboard. I have promised myself that I wouldn't write a line of code before that happens. Any info updates will not be held secretly as before so, once a while, expect a news update in our Moddb profile and in our website (work-in-progress)!

Here's some pictures, check out rest of them in our moddb profile's image gallery.
