Hello?... Hello? I’m recording this for whoever will find it. Hope things look better when you listen to me.
The year 2221. The planet's surface became uninhabitable over a century ago. Today, we - the remains of humanity - struggle to survive without electricity and light. Dreams of a better future died a long time ago, but a recently discovered mineral brought a spark of hope. Lumen - crystal of high energy potency can be the last chance for our struggling civilization. This mineral can drastically increase the odds of our survival. We have sent Scouts, our brave miners, under the ground. It’s almost impossible to survive there, but we don’t have much choice. A settlement was built near the estimated deposits of Lumen. It may sound pretty simple. Just dig and collect, but no one came back from there so far. New Scouts keep trying and I believe one of them will save us. If they succeed, I will record more tapes. If they fail… Well, there won’t be any energy to do so nor will there be anyone to listen to this.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Lumencraft is a top-down action shooter with tower defense elements. Emerge into the fully destructible environment created with the original engine. Build, fight, drill and collect.

A WORD FROM DEVS
It took us seven months to get Lumencraft to the point it is now and it will take a few more before we will be ready to call our work done. We are proud of our progress so far, but at the same time, we see a lot of places for improvement.
We have many ideas on how to make this game even greater. More lava, more players, more enemies… Stay with us, because the underground world will get extra dark and menacing.🌚☠️
One day Lumencraft will join Early Access, but for now, dear scouts, get ready for the DEMO that will be available with the launch of the Steam Next Festival on October 1.
