That strip club or whatever it is seems a little out of place in an Eastern European city, the location Half Life 2 takes place in especially.
I suggest making that big sign for the strip club a bit more wore down, mostly because any strip clubs would be unused due to the fact that the combine suppress human reproduction or something like that.

Still, as everyone said, that strip club doesn't seem to be in place.
Make a cinema in place of strip club.
