Rules are simple. Roll around the surface of the cube. Collect little colorful cubbies. Rotate parts of the cube, when you get enough energy, to get to the cubbies faster and/or throw away other players further. You can play either with bots or human players via the network.
There is a competition with a bot (red cube) in this trailer. Bots are still stupid and there is big amount of work to improve their strategical-thinking, but anyway, they're fast enough to defeat me :)

Final list of supported platforms is not complete yet. Moreover, I think games like this are good to play on portable devices. First, I want to complete main stuff for Mac and Win, and we'll see :)
