It's as if Last Dream IS the classic RPG from your childhood. Wonderful and perfect, but for grownups.
The best classic RPG out there. Now there is a sequel?! Last Dream and Last Dream: World Unknown are fantastic universes of wonder. Countless hours of deep enjoyment are to be had. 11 out of 10!
When I look for great games, I compare them to Last Dream. This is THE genre definition of quality and depth from the indie world.
I love Last Dream because of how it slowly expands into a massive world of intricate dungeons, challenging puzzles, charismatic NPCs, gorgeous music, and devilish bosses. So, so awesome!
Enjoyed the demo for the most part. Would not pay this much for the full game though. I have watched lps of the game and that is what my rating is based on. Good game with lots to do but not worth the $$$ developers want for it.
This game is a great tribute to the original Final Fantasy! Rarely do you get to choose your party in games any more. When you look beyond the graphics, this game is a real gem.
