A free-roaming squad based RPG. Focusing on open-ended gameplay features rather than a linear story. Be a trader, a thief, a rebel, a mercenary, a business owner, a doctor, a bandit... the list goes on. Aid or oppose the various factions in the world while striving for the strength and wealth necessary to simply survive in the harsh desert. Purchase and upgrade your own buildings to use as safe fortified havens when things go bad, or use them to start up a business. Train your men up from puny victims to master warriors. Carry your wounded squad mates to safety and get them all home alive.
nice! BANDIT TIME!
im excited :D
I think what would help the game's tactical aspect is more clearly defined enemy-friend-neutral distictions. It's very immersive and realistic that they all look more or less the same in ragged practical clothes, but from a commanders' point of view that's a planning nightmare. Perhaps red, green and grey indicators while the player is in a certain combat mode. The accuracy and range of these indicators being made dependant on the level of perception and tactical skill of the team you lead? Just my 2 cents.
Bear in mind all characters look the same right now simply because of a lack of art assets. I'll look at adding indicators later based on how things play out. I don't want to add any more distracting HUD elements than I have to.
nice i want
This game looks.... amazing, It appeals to me far more than fallout or other post apocalyptic games. Maybe its the idea of seeing your guys actually fight with swords from that point of view.
No! please! Don't had names indicators! It will break the immersivity!
Watched the trailer for this game and knew I had to fund its development so here I am.
I can't wait for their to be more to do. I'm slowly building a small army to rove around the desert, looting fallen enemies for profit. I can finally take on a roving gang of bandits without any aide from town/patrol NPC's. Love it! I want to eventually have a large enough force to take out a town. We'll see, those town guards look pretty nasty.
