A survival shooter set in Central Asia after the end of civilization.
This is pretty old, much has changed since the final version so don't bother criticising it.
It has a very good STALKER feel to it.

Looks great even for an alpha. And I love how you used sounds to build up tension.

If you do want feedback, here's some:
- Flashlight and use sound, you guys need to change those. Those sounds just makes me think of Half Life 2, for obvious reasons, and breaks the immersion.
- I'm not a fan of vent crawling. I'd rather have you walking along more dark corridors, with more atmospheric sounds. And a real chase would be more exciting like that too.
- Use key to break (Push out) vent grates. Shooting them is just unrealistic (For no good reason). Then again, I don't having vents to begin with.
- Droppable flares, can I have some please? I want to drop one in that last corridor. It would also make the chase a bit more exiting, especially if you add side corridors you'd otherwise risk getting lost in.
- No sense of urgency. From the video, it wasn't apparent what the radio transmission was about and what it had to do with whatever was chasing you.
Need to make it more clear that you need to get out of there, FAST! More noise during the chase and maybe picking up a dossier with vague details of the monster (How it's nearly impossible to kill for example). That'll give you cause to run.

I personally would move the g36 bit more to the left, so it looks more like you're actually holding it against your shoulder.

In the area of the Aral Sea, with Cyrillic letters on the bunker's door ... yeah, makes sense.

But what the hell text on yellow door says? It's totally broken language - bad translation to russian, I didn't understand the message ><
maybe it should be something like "Посторонним Вход Воспрещен" or "Внимание, Зона ограниченного доступа"...?

Feedback:
Maybe get rid of the black box around the firing mode? (Dont know if you fixed that or not, just saying)
Something to suggest that theres a vent behind that pallet.
Maybe a kick (Or something like that) feature. (So that you dont have to waste ammo destrying inanimate objects.)
Other than that, even for Alpha it looks great.
Yeah the kick is definitley going in. The HUD has changeed so there's no black box anymore ;)

I like it, but the one big problem is this: I'm a brave/gutsy gamer, i'd be inclined to stay and want to fight this thing.
I agree. Getting a player to retreat willingly like in the video is very hard, as is the precise timing of the door closing.
In this scenario, I personally would quickly throw together a barricade and then wait for the monster.
same, I'm a big fan of making barricades in games. I'd most likely try to kill it, thus reaching two issues: if it really isn't there but only an effect that you are to run from, then that gets ruined. If it is a real creature that can't die, I may stay and try to kill it several tries until i'm convinced it can't die.

Maybe kill the lights when you pick up the letter thing.
Give a reason to run like Pyro said I would just sit there and wait to kill it.
Remove the pallet at the vent(im just gona go with ever one else on that one)

In case you've kept it (which I doubt), be sure to tone down that head bob. It worked in Half Life, but this is a bit excessive, especially going left-to-right as well.
I've heard this alot, and honestly you get used to it after about 5 minutes.

I almost did jump out of my chair when that scream came, and I evenly would have hurried to close the bunker door. X3
Just an idea, How about that the barrier gets bashed after that scream and you'll see debree fly at the wall then some eyes glow as it looks at the bunker door about to close and it rushes at you, and then the bunker door just closes as you just see some shape of a monster, a big bang as well the scream, and a few more bangs that bends the door a little then a aggravated growl. Plus using the SharpeYe Camera Motion by Ha3 to create some feel to realism that makes you believe the person you control is you. MOUAHAHAHA!!!

bunker look amazing, but:
- yeah, kick is a very good idea.
- flashlight, you should change the sound of turning off/on, flashlight look (maybe from Doom, or something - fpsbanana.com )
- add some monsters chasing you (sounds are good, but monster would be great)
- when this 'thing' punches the doors, you should add some dents on the doors (it would be more realistic :D)
- crosshair is turned off, so it's good
- maybe health regen ? or not, without regeneration game will be better.
- medikit system (you can take mhm.. 4 medkits to carry and use
- the bunker mission could be longer, more scarry
+watch of course ;)

Looks good. At the end when 'it' smashes against the door, make the door get a few dents from 'it'.
I was thinking that when you were walking back towards the entrance the door would shut trapping you in :S
the sounds really give it more of a mistery kinda feel

Oh my gosh I was on edge about half way after you start hearing the noises. Very well done even though it was recorded in the Alpha stage.
For some reason it reminded me partially of Amnesia: Dark Decent, at least a bit. Bravo though, I know there are still some HL 2 assets that will most likely be replaced after a while, but it was still great.
