Arms look a little too long. You could also give him a scar somewhere on his face or an eyepatch (because everyone knows eyepatches are pure evil)
I think you should define his knuckles a bit more. He's got that skinny glovehand syndrome.

He kind of reminds me of Howie Mandel's evil twin. The models looks good. I agree with Domo about the length of the arms.
