My game is Ink World. It is a 2D platformer Flash game. The theme is about ink blots and the human psyche. It's a path about him finding himself where killing enemies will produce thought bubbles.

I was going to do something with rain and created the whole animation for it. But it was too much out of the way to think of ways to incorporate the raining feature.
