INFRA puts you into the boots of a structural analyst on a routine mission. Quickly though, your task turns into a fight for survival, all caused by deep-rooted schemes of the past. Your tools are simple: your camera and the wits to navigate a labyrinth of debris.
WOW, i've never but NEVER seen a hl2 mod like this before. AWESOME
I think that this is now a game.
Yes.
Need to get moddb staff to merge this with indiedb duplicate.
I already told him that in the indie page, he said he already contacted them, let's wait a little bit.
fast.. People think that it's a new 'game' over there, :p.
this and Silent Hill
are going to be the Best HL mods this Year!
Looks utterly fantastic...
This is just awesome, really nice work guys.
Brilliant, but do you think you could speed up the button press/"use" animation? right now it seems like the button is activated an instant before the hand is fully extended.
Other than that, the entire demo was better than I imagined it would be.
All the animations are still work in progress. We will also include animations for door opening and such to increase the immersion.
That not obvious solution with jump at 3:00 will confuse most of mod players till point of frustration, I can guarantee it. :P
There was a note that said to "not jump onto the roof". It was kind of implied.
But then wouldn't that make the player think that they shouldn't jump on the roof then?
Reverse psychology.
Mindfucking avant la lettre..
I think it was really great because it really isn't that obvious what you have to do. At least once u have to use your brains in video game
Yeah, thank god not everything is glowing in colour to hint what to do next, aaah, games these days..
Some puzzles might include frustration, but so does Portal series in several occasions and yet they're fantastic games.
awesome! keep it up!!!
Looks perfect! :)
Looking great for alpha footage! I'm looking forward to it!
I really like the atmosphere- vaguely spooky, actually as if it going to fall apart, and then the panic when everything actually /does/ start to fall apart. I can't wait until this is released, amazing job.
*Facility falling apart*
"This is SO going on my report."
Looks very cool and this mod really seem like it's going to shine.
That hand looks pretty strange. I think no hand but a crosshair indicator would be better. The outside area looks fantastic! too bad the video is kinda screwed up in that short part.
I'm pretty sure it will have a crosshair since we already know it'll have a hud but it was disabled/not ready yet in this video.
This shouldnt be a mod, it should be its own game. So much effort has been put into this mod that I would be happy to pay $20 for it.
I still like how as the buildings coming down around him he still manages to get his camera out and take photos of it, priceless.
confusing but cool ^^
