Problem: Game freezes at 98% of startup.
Exception: Config: materialScheme (Requested value 'Default' was not found.)
Cause: Upgraded from 1.x - 3.x of game. Old config file has invalid quality setting from old version of NeoAxis engine.
Solution1: Alt-Tab and select hidden message box behind Incognito splash screen, press Escape and engine will continue loading normally. You will not get this error on next run.
Solution2: Delete '\UserSettings' directory in games installed path, these files will be re-created on next run.
Problem: Game crashes on startup.
Exception: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path '\UserSettings\Logs\Game.log' is denied.
Cause: Wrong Permissions on files (Vista/Win7 UAC Issue Only).
Solution: Delete '\UserSettings' directory in games installed path, these files will be re-created on next run.
Problem: Game crashes on startup.
Exception: Community.CsharpSqlite.SQLiteClient.SqliteSyntaxException: table `avatar` already exists
Cause: Game not running as admin (Vista/Win7 UAC Issue Only).
Solution: Use Incognito.exe to launch game with proper permissions, or flag Game.exe executable properties to always run as administrator.
Problem: Game crashes on startup.
Exception: Community.CsharpSqlite.SQLiteClient.SqliteSyntaxException: file is encrypted or is not a database
Cause: Upgraded from 1.x - 3.x of game. This old version used System.Data.SQLite which was architecture and platform specific and auth.dll generated is not compatible.
Solution: Delete '\Data\EP#\auth.dll' where EP# is each episode of Incognito you have activated. You will be re-prompted for serial information on next run.
