I don't think its good idea to implement that system because it doesn't show exactly what I'm going to say and I don't like that.
Also, two most endorsed mods on Nexus are those which change this type of dialogue to the old one so I don't this to be a good idea.

I think too but maybe not. Bethesda wanted to improve their game with this system but most of the people hate that and they change it very quickly.
On one side you don't know what the character is going to say which could be interesting but when he says completely different thing as you think it could make some players angry because they don't want to tell that thing.
Yep, it's a joke. We don't have RPG features in our game :)

If you want to make a good game, you must try harder to make the dog companion something different as it was in Fallout and films. If takes time, we will wait as long as it need
