Hinterland is a fast paced party RPG combat game with strategic town building. In Hinterland you build a village in a fantasy kingdom, attract followers to live and work there and also to join you on adventures of exploration and conquest.
Good but not great. There is some limited modding potential if you dig in the forums, but don't expect the base game to be polished. The developers really suffered from a lack of vision.

I am a loss as to why the devs didn't take this further. They certainly put a lot of efforts in the loading screen, is this game older than the release date?
I liked the concept, but it was just too clunky to really be enjoyable.
