Some suggestions I got from different people of feature adding or improvement that I consider implementing if time and energy permits:

Dynamic loading screen, it looks like the game freezes in the current static
Ladders, so it will be easier to move up and down in maps.
More scenes in the tutorial where the guard in the end scene actually comes and scold the soldier.
All non hostile units should have some kind of dialog then the player manually tries to talk to them.
Vases breaks then you throw people at them.
Skill-cooldown overlay on the action icons.
Adding an random offsets in characters start animation (example: characters spawned at the same time should nog blink their eyes in sync)
More animations for the first boss (example: a proper death animation)
Redesign the air throw/ double jump system so it will be easier to perform.
Every character should have at least 1 small dialog.
