When Hello Neighbor ended, Nicky Roth lived a happy life, but he found out that the neighbor is brought back to life, so he breaks into his basement again, but this time, he's set in an alternate universe with a kid named "Toffee" (XD) and the Brother, but this time, Nicky is the one in control of Toffee, so he broke into his basement again, and the brother will catch you just like the first time when he's asleep.
