We are mostly done with our new project. The game is about an ancient race called Haxor, such as the game itself. The idea came from a small project that I had started a while back, then Pikor joined and now we are working on it together. At the beginning, the game was based on 8x8 sprites, but after long deliberations we decided to change it to 16x16 and add even more action to the game.
The game looked like this a year ago:
This was the first idea of the electric world. As you can see everything was made with 8x8 sprites. However, 16x16 sprites are better, because they give us more space to play around with pixels. At the time, there were only two powers - immortal and invisible.
And this is how it looks today! We've made huge progress, as you can see, but this is not all we've got… there are three more worlds to explore! :D
We made a cold world, a hot world and a forest world. Each world has six huge levels. Just look at it!
What will be your favourite world?
