Hello guys! This is a Mouse + Keyboard remake from a scene of Half-Life: Alyx that can be played without VR! The Original Scene which I've recreated can be found here:

This game has been tested on the following setup:
CPU: i5 4690k 4.3Ghz
RAM: Corsair 16GB DDR3
GPU: MSI GTX 1060 Gaming Z
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
I mostly used Megascans for textures and models, while some models have been made by myself! Please keep in mind that this is only a small part of the game and not the entire game. If this project gets good feedback, I'll try and re-make more areas of Half-Life Alyx in UE4 (Unreal Engine 4).

downloaded and started game but can't change resolution ( tried setting to 1080p but changes straight back to 760) and there is no way I can find to see control settings. either would be nice. If I missed something let me know.

this is cool and all yes but will it be fun. No its just not how its meant to be played and won't enjoy it as much as you would if you have a vr. as yes vr is an expensive purchase and also the requirements are justified because the games looks so damn amazing in source two. but you play how you want to play i don't judge.

Do'nt support this mod, you just get VR or you **** right off.
HL; Alyx was designed for VR. Meaning it will play like ****, and literally only last 5 minutes on M+K if you played it that way. You guys suck ***.

**** me for supporting a demake of a game I can't play because I can't afford VR? no, **** you for being ignorant towards lower-class players who can't afford to get VR, but would still like to play the new entry in their favorite series. also, this doesn't have anything to do with Half-Life 2 in Half-Life: Alyx's engine. Valve literally acknowledged that fans would make projects like these, and therefore, endorse them. you don't need to attack us just because you don't like it. some people like VR, some don't. Agree even tho I support the work this should be on unreal 4 page, if everyone starts mixing stuff MDB will be a confusion not good.
