I have been working daily to create new assets, design sounds, write music, and improve the story/level aesthetic. That said, I have plenty of content almost finished on top of the ones shown below. I love all forms of feedback, so please let me know your opinions in the comments below! I will be happy to answer questions and such from there.

Drone Debris

-Hello Everyone!-


I have been working hard daily to create new content and story for G.R.I.T.
I want to keep you guys updated, So I've decided to increase the progress updates to every couple of weeks or as necessary! I'm thinking that is a good guideline to follow.

To start off, I have created plenty of assets this month, and should be able to move on to a new bunker area soon! Here are some pictures that show off some of the new content I have added:

I have decided to go with a Sci-Fi Art Deco blend for the civilian terminals, kiosks, and venders. This first image shows off some of the art deco assets:

I have also made the MedStop and Vending machine, food items, along with various other objects:

In addition to this, I have been tweaking the level to make it more believable and realistic. One of my favorite changes that I have made are the abandoned/broken down drones, as well as the singe marks where combat has occured. Here is a close up of one of the decayed drones:

I hope none of them are still active...

Finally, I have been itching to write some custom music! I really love simplistic, effective styles, as they can convey so much with just one or two instruments. As such, I am going to have a folk/guitar music style for much of the game. I know that this doesn't work everywhere, so I am trying to find another style to accompany it. In addition to the samples below, I have made about a dozen or so guitar triggers/cue riffs to increase immersion.

* Please note that these are still rough and experimental at the moment. I could really use your opinion on these tracks, so please leave some feedback in the comments below!*

That's all for now! I am currently getting some more assets completed and have gotten a professional graphic designer to help create some advertisements to help give the world more depth! I am so excited to have these done and to show them to all of you!

I like the art deco style your are going for and the description of the storyline sounds very interesting!

Thanks so much! I just went at the style head on and liked the results, so I kept up the theme! As far as story goes, I really want to make it memorable... That said, the story goes SO far beyond this bunker already, and all of the future updates will get me closer to bringing it all to you guys. I am genuinely excited to be making progress!
