What's New?

  • Tweaked enemies and added a boss to the final planet
  • Added in 4 new planets
  • Changed final planet
  • Made the tutorial easier to follow
  • Fixed (a whole bunch of) bugs
  • Changed Carrier's shockwave to a beam
  • Added a cutscene animation to the beginning of the game
  • Added a game over cutscene
  • Added SFX to abilities
  • Added a Game Over Cutscene
  • General polish and balance
  • Fixed the performance issues caused by our new shader based background

What's the Motivation?
Our main focus for this iteration of the game has been optimization and balancing. Now that we have all of our features (though some of them, like the store, are still broken) we are free to improve on what we have. We have taken a lot of feedback into account for this submission.

What's Next?
For the next iteration, we would like to fix the store, continue balancing the enemies, and perhaps cut/modify some features to make the game easier/more fun to play.
