We (Boneloaf) are three brothers (and a number of friends) with a shared interest and appreciation of the simplicity and difficulty level of classic games. We have spent several years experimenting with various gameplay mechanics, characters, environments, and story ideas, and in the process we have built the skeleton of a physics system for controlling character movement, similar to Thomas Eldredge's ProgrAnimals experiments or Eric Froemling's BombSquad game.
Examples of a few of these experiments can be seen on our YouTube channel and our Facebook page.
Gang Beasts is one of three games we prototyped with this system that we want to finish and release (the other two are Grim Beasts and Star Beasts), we have selected Gang Beasts to be our first release and plan to have two members of the company working on the game from January 2014.
The development of the game is in a very early stage and we have a glut of features planned for it, including multi-stage boss fights, playable cut scenes, destructible objects and weapons, mini-games, and kicking, restraining, and throwing mechanics.
We are currently planning to make an expanded gameplay video of the current version of the main fighting mechanic in early December, if you are interested in seeing a basic version of the punching (with only the most powerful punch working) there is an unedited YouTube clip at Youtube.com
Please watch to receive updates or comment if you have suggestions or feedback on what we are planning for the game.

Is it possible to download it on Xbox 360
The game is coming to Windows, Mac, Linux, AndroidConsole, XONE, PS4, WiiU but not Xbox 360 and the game is likely to be a downloadable one as the game is on Steam Early Access meaning the game is likely to small for a retail release.
