Add new obstacle, worlds and new info for campaign mode... Se new images posted!

born today is the beta 4.50, which adds a new obstacle, the cargo, and 10 new worlds. Once again they were only implemented on quick rescue mode, but these are the basis for the campaign mode that will be released soon. In the meantime we are working to add other background music. Stay in touch and have wonderful surprises;)
