Our premier title, Galaxy Gate is a futuristic 2D/top down space mmo. You will fight your way threw the ever expanding universe to gain resources and make connections to powerful people. Be a pirate, a bounty hunter, an out law, a rebel, anything that you dream of being in this game. The choice is yours. The game features MMO and PVP matches, there is no single player on the table at the moment, but that is not say it is not up for discussion. please comment and ask questions :) The game is currently being crowed funded and is always looking for more donations. yea its realistic as we can get it on a 2d plane. Maybe less planets per system but it going to have enough content to feel like its to scale.
Here is the current scale set up for the presentations that are to come.
40 px = 1 foot
5280 feet = 1 mile
5280*40px = 211,200 px
1AU (austronomical unit) = 490800000000 miles
so we are still working out distance and time. You can imagine the task of this . Short range jump on this small craft this restricted to the local solar system. aprox 1 AU using 1/6 the fuel
