To nitpick, I think the towers look a little bright. The boxy structure on the far left looks like it has a super low res texture or lightmap and the box type object on right side of the screen (as well as the concrete barriers in center) don't feel grounded to the scene. Maybe some vertex coloring along the bottom of the objects would help. They feel very detached right now.
Overall the scene is great though. Just a few small things holding it back from being superb :)
