This concept art aims to present us the overall outlook of the famous T51-B power armor, while, at the same time, reaching the original Fallout & Fallout 2 concept art style brought by Leonard Boyarski. The weight incorporated in this image screams "man-based tank" in all of its existence, which is, considering the Fallout Bible, the shortest, yet the best description of the T51-B.

Yeah, it is fat and the head is too small, I'd suggest the developers of this fan made game follow the original concept arts to the letter and if they decide to make the game 3D use the Van Buren models. And do not be insulted by this comment this is constructive criticism. :)
You could try GOING BACK ONE PICTURE and see the WIP model for the same thing... It was fixed before this was even put up...

Gotta love the shoulder pads.
The armor seemed a tad too bulky (namely around the middle) to be of practical use to many people at this stage, This is supposed to be used by humans (and ghouls maybe, it happens), not super mutants and seeing the WIP model I see you've already fixed that...

Well i think it is awesome, i mean look at Warhammer armor, are u goin to right that off for being to big.
And these suits can by used be weak people cuz the suits are powered.
