This one was a very productive week for Fioresia Online. We just finished one big milestone that will change the world of Fioresia Online by a lot. Description for cities, castles, points of interest, entrance dungeons are done. New location to explore with lore in the alpha. Character faces are still work in progress.

Working on point of interests for the alpha

Daniel is working hard on modeling and texturing new points of interest for the alpha. There will be quests and lore to discover these new mysterious places! Can't wait to see alpha testers play the new build!

World of Fioresia description

World lore and description are ready so artists can start building the terrain and start to model some props. We don't want to spoil you too much, here you can find a small description of a point of interest.

Anwyn, the Floating islands

Located west of Cinderstone is a magical sight: several islands floating among the clouds. Known collectively as Annwyn, this is what remains of a giant meteor that broke apart but magically never crashed to the ground. Instead, its pieces float through the air like several small moons.
The largest isles float high above the ground. To get to them, adventurers must jump onto the smaller ones that float closer to the ground, then leap from one island to another until they make it to the top.
On the higher islands, one can find strange alien plant life that resembles corals and undersea polyps. The grass changes color when the wind passes (from blue to pink). At the largest island, one can find the remains of the Ruined Starship.

Human and player faces

We are still iterating different players' faces and different eyes. We want the players to be more dynamic and more alive. For example, we are implementing a system for the players to move the eyes in the direction of the enemy, loot, or just the target.
