The time of the Fading Suns is upon us...

The only awareness of the transition Leopold had was the sudden shift of stars on the view screen before him. That shift, however, was exactly what he sought. No one from the Known Worlds had seen that star field in centuries, ever since this jump route closed off at the end of the Second Republic. This, the thrill of discovery, mattered far more to him than did any thoughts of wealth. This was what all his efforts had been leading toward. He relished the chance to go where no one had gone for hundreds of years.

Suddenly his view screen lit up with a fiery display. "Blasters," yelled Atila, his weapons master. She pressed a series of buttons. "Our aft shields are almost gone!"

"Accelerate and turn to starboard," Leopold yelled back. "Who is hitting us?" His fingers flew over his console. He cursed to see that the jumpgate had yet to reset. Escape was closed to him."

"Explorer behind us," said Atila calmly. Her tone changed to one of surprise as she scanned the enemy. "Decados!"

Welcome to the Noble Armada, where just as Lepold you will have to manage your way through the dangers of the Known Worlds in strategic real time fleet to fleet combat...

About the Game

In Noble Armada: Lost Worlds, players take on the role of a noble in one of the five Royal houses, vying against rival fleets and houses for control of human space. They battle pirates, barbarians, heretics and others in their quest for supremacy. Noble Armada is a game of broadsides and boarding actions, as players maneuver their ships to line up their best shots, fire off broadsides of fiery energy and then board their enemies to end the battle with desperate boarding actions. As they travel from planet to planet, making allies and building up their fleets, they also gain the experience they need to make their crews and marines truly formidable.

Using inertia based combat, direct your fleet of up to four ships into battle by issuing thrust, firing and boarding orders. Manage the damage to your deflectors and armor making sure to swing your ships away from incoming fire to avoid hull rupture and loss of a ship.
